Kenny Omega vs Hirooki Goto

This match, which was phenomenal, almost made me furious. These two went all out, to the point they took way too many risks that all looked like close calls that could’ve badly gone awry.
One stupid spot was the Young Bucks draping a table over Hirooki Goto, allowing Kenny Omega to come off the top rope to the floor outside and stomp on it. In the process, he slid badly on the slippery table and could’ve easily twisted his ankle. The same ankle that they hit the guard rail extremely hard when he did a flip dive over the top.
And then, they tried a Canadian Destroyer from the top rope, and it’s a miracle Omega didn’t break his neck taking that (and a minute later he was acting fine with no selling at all). Later, Omega went for a springboard, only to get shoved off by Goto and his head almost hit the guard rail. It was all total unnecessary punishment, with inches away from total disaster.
But since they came out okay, the match was among the best of the year and proved again why Omega is perhaps the best worker in the world right now. He’s on a roll, but if he keeps taking punishment like this, he won’t be for long.
