PWG Nice Boys Don’t Play Rock n Roll
Psychotic collection of insane moves jumbled together that risked life and limb for the sake of a ****+ match in front of a few hundred fans. But hey, Dave Meltzer was in the front row so that justifies it, right?
Boggles my mind how these guys can memorize all these sequences, let alone execute them so flawlessly. Just an expert level of athleticism and precision here. Don’t expect much in the way of psychology, at least old school psychology. Still, the fans didn’t seem to care.
Hilarious how Meltzer craps on the bad selling of Shane McMahon and Enzo Amore, yet he gives ****+ ratings to matches where guys barely sell at all. That’s consistency in logic for ya. With all that said, this match was a whole new level of spectacular. Canadian Destroyers on the ring apron, jumping Frankensteiners, and multiple dives, moonsaults, and shooting star presses. And literally about five dozen superkicks and piledrivers, all of which amazingly had no effect because seconds later the recipients were up and running around like they weren’t hit at all. How realistic.
And Ricochet is f*cking amazing.
This match is only available from PWG, but here are highlights:
